We are delighted to share with you the latest information regarding entry requirements, tuition fees, deposits, and scholarships for the University of Portsmouth. Additionally, they are now accepting the Medium of Instruction (MOI) certificate from Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India. Please find the attached list of MOI accredited universities and the offered courses.
Entry Requirements:-
Country UG Requirements PG requirements.
Bangladesh Higher Secondary School Certificate or below, a Polytechnic Diploma, or 2 year degrees (Pass degrees) plus one year at a recognised university in Bangladesh
A level: UCAS Points: 112-120 4 Year bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of 2.75
India 75% or above in the 12 Standard (State Board) examinations or 70% in the Central Board
A level: UCAS Points: 112-120
A bachelor’s degree with at least 2nd Class Honours
Pakistan A Foundation course is required.
However, for DAE qualifications, consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis
A level: UCAS Points: 112-120
Upper Second-Class Degrees (2:1): 65%–70% or a GPA of 2.6–2.8.
Lower Second-Class Degrees (2:2): 60%–65% or a GPA of 2.4–2.6.
Tuition Fees and Scholarships:-
Undergraduate Fees:
Main Campus: £17,200 to £19,200.
London Campus: Available only for the September intake.
Postgraduate Fees:-
Main Campus: £17,900.
London Campus: £20,800.
International Scholarships:-
Vice-Chancellor’s Global Scholarship: £2,500.
Merit-Based Scholarship: £5,000.
CAS Deposit:-
50% of the tuition fees.
Instalment Payment Options:-
Option A: Pay 50% at registration and the remaining 50% by May.
Option B: Pay 50% at registration, then three instalments due on April 4, June 4, and August 4.
Option C: Pay 50% at registration, then six monthly instalments due on the 4th of each month from March to August.
