Please find an important update regarding the change in maintenance requirements for international students studying in the UK. Starting from 2 January 2025, the maintenance funds required for student visa applications will be increased to ensure alignment with the maintenance loans available to home students for the 2024-25 academic year.<\/p>\n

Key Changes:-
\nFor students studying in London: The maintenance requirement will increase from \u00a31,334\/month to \u00a31,483\/month and \u00a313,347\/academic year.
\nFor students studying outside of London: The requirement will increase from \u00a31,023\/month to \u00a31,136\/month and \u00a310,224\/academic year.
\nUntil 1st January 2025, those who will apply for visa, the maintenance cost will be same, that is \u00a31334\/month for Inner London & \u00a312,006 for 9 months, and \u00a31023\/month \u00a39207 for 9 months for Outer London.
\nAccommodation Offset: The maximum amount for the accommodation offset will also increase, allowing students to show reduced maintenance funds if they have paid a deposit.<\/p>\n

These changes will affect students applying for visas on or after 2 January 2025. Please note that the current maintenance levels will remain in effect until that date.<\/p>\n

We recommend that all international students and applicants review these updates and ensure they meet the new requirements when planning their finances.<\/p>\n
